The timetable is updated frequently. If you have a party of eight or more, please feel free to ask.

Shared cruises may be cancelled if we do not reach the minimum number of bookings.

Prices shown are adult rates. Please understand that if there are fewer than 12 passengers, the tour will be canceled. In such cases, you will receive a refund.

Whole-Booking Cancellation

31 days or more: no charge
15 – 30 days: 30 % of total price
2 – 14 days: 50 % of total price
1 day before or same day: 100 % of total price

Partial Cancellation (Reducing Guest Numbers)

3 days or more: no charge
2 days: 50 % of the cancelled amount
1 day before or same day: 100 % of the cancelled amount

Helpful Reminders

Please keep proof of your cancellation (e-mail timestamp, call log, etc.).
Your cancellation is valid only after you receive our confirmation.
If your schedule may change, let us know as early as possible; early notice often saves fees.
