How we count “days before”
  • “X days before” is counted backwards from 00:00 Japan Standard Time on the cruise date.
  • Notices received after 18:00 JST count as arriving the next calendar day.
  • All times follow JST (UTC +9).

Whole-Booking Cancellation

  • 31 days or more: no charge
  • 15 – 30 days: 30 % of total price
  • 2 – 14 days: 50 % of total price
  • 1 day before or same day: 100 % of total price

Partial Cancellation (Reducing Guest Numbers)

  • 3 days or more: no charge
  • 2 days: 50 % of the cancelled amount
  • 1 day before or same day: 100 % of the cancelled amount
