Operating Conditions
Suzuyoshi operates based on the following safety criteria:

Wind speed exceeding 10 meters per second
- Wave height exceeding 1 meter
- Visibility less than 300 meters
If any of the above conditions are met, cruises will be
cancelled. In the event of a cancellation due to these
conditions, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Reservation Process

After receiving your reservation request, we will review
the details.

If your reservation is possible, we will send you a
provisional booking confirmation email. Please tap the
payment link in the email to pay the required fee. Your
reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Please keep the payment confirmation email safe as it
serves as your boarding pass.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations are subject to the following
fees. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation of Entire Booking:

31 days or more prior to the event: No charge

15-30 days prior to the event: 30% of the total booking
value

1-14 days prior to the event: 50% of the total booking
value

On the day of the event: 100% of the total booking value
Cancellation of Part of Booking (e.g., Reduced Number of
Guests):

1days or more prior to the event: 50% of the value of
the cancelled portion

On the day of the event: 100% of the value of the
cancelled portion
