Operating Conditions
Suzuyoshi sails only when all of the following safety limits are met:

Wind speed below 10 m/s
- Wave height below 1 m
- Visibility of at least 300 m
If any limit is exceeded, the cruise will be cancelled and no cancellation fee will be charged.
Reservation Process

We review each request after it is submitted.

If space is available, you’ll receive a provisional-booking email.
Tap the payment link in that email to complete payment—your reservation
is confirmed once we receive it.

Please keep the payment-confirmation email; it serves as your boarding pass.
Cancellation Policy
The following fees apply if you cancel. Thank you for your understanding.
Whole-booking cancellation

31 days or more: no charge

15–30 days: 30 % of total

1–14 days: 50 % of total

Same day: 100 % of total
Partial cancellation (fewer guests)

One day or more in advance: 50 % of the cancelled amount

Same day: 100 % of the cancelled amount
